Quick and Easy Keto Lemon Poppy Seed Balls

These Keto Lemon Poppy Seed Balls taste like a dense, rich, lemon poppy seed muffin - but way healthier and are paleo, gluten-free, and vegan.

Ingredients

- Almond - Fresh Lemon Juice - Lemon - Pure Vanilla - Unsweetened Coconut

Step 1

In the bowl of a food processor, add all of the ingredients except the poppy seeds and coconut flour.

Step 2

Process until well combined. Then, pulse in the poppy seeds.

Step 3

Add coconut flour, one tablespoon at a time, if the mixture is not thick enough to stick together. Or add water, one tablespoon at a time, if the mixture is too crumbly.

Step 4

Taste and add more lemon juice and/or sweetener as desired.
