Almond Flour Chocolate Cupcakes

These keto almond flour chocolate cupcakes are gorgeous and perfect for any special occasion! They have a soft and tender crumb, a light texture, and an intense chocolate flavor.


- Non-Dairy Milk - Apple Cider Vinegar or Distilled White Vinegar - Eggs - Blanched Almond Flour - Flax Seed - Natural, Unsweetened Cocoa Powder - Baking Powder

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease or line 12 baking cups and set aside. Place the eggs in a bowl of warm water and set aside.

Step 2

In a small bowl, mix together the milk and vinegar. Set that aside also.

Step 3

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the almond flour, flax seeds, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and sea salt.

Step 4

In a medium-sized pot, add the butter and sweetener. Heat over low heat until the butter is melted and the sweetener is mostly dissolved.
