Almond Flour Keto Cinnamon Rolls

These are classic, bakery-style yeast-raised cinnamon rolls made with almond and coconut flour. Plus, they can be fully prepped ahead of time and are perfect for any special occasion.

Ingredients

- Blanched Almond Flour - Ground Flax Seeds - Coconut Flour - Sugar-Free Sweetener - Sea Salt - Baking Powder - Xanthan Gum - Warm Water - Instant Yeast

Step 1

Proof the yeast In a small bowl, combine very warm but not scalding water with a Tablespoon of Instant yeast and a Tablespoon of honey, maple syrup, sugar, or coconut palm sugar.

Step 2

Whisk together the dry ingredients.

Step 3

Stir in some melted butter, sour cream, eggs, apple cider vinegar, and the proofed yeast.

Step 4

Roll out the dough To roll out the low-carb dough: Tear off a long piece of parchment paper & lightly dust it with coconut flour. Then, put the dough on the parchment paper & cover it with plastic wrap.
