Chicken Salad With Grapes

This keto chicken salad with grapes is both creamy and crunchy with small bursts of sweetness from grapes and balsamic vinegar.

Ingredients

- Shredded Chicken - Chopped Grapes - Finely Chopped Onions - Chopped Walnuts - Mayonnaise - Sea Salt - Black Pepper - Balsamic Vinaigrette

Step 1

Start by making the shredded chicken. You can use leftover cooked chicken, rotisserie chicken.

Step 2

Then toast the nuts. Place them in a 300-degree oven for 7 to 8 minutes, or until fragrant. Set aside.

Step 3

Add all of the dairy-free chicken salad ingredients to a large bowl. This includes shredded chicken, finely chopped onion, toasted nuts, chopped grapes, salt, pepper, and mayo.

Step 4

Mix all the ingredients really well then allow to rest in the fridge for 30 minutes to an hour. Serve with balsamic vinegar for a sweet/tart flavor that's to die for!
