Chicken Taco Salad

This Keto Chicken Taco Salad is super simple to make and bursting with fresh taco flavors and a to-die-for homemade ranch dressing.


- Chicken - Tomatoes - Avocado - Lettuce or Mixed Greens - Ranch Dressing - Cilantro - Green Onions

Step 1

Start by mixing all of the taco seasoning ingredients in a small bowl. This is a classic taco seasoning that consists of onion powder, garlic powder, sea salt, chili powder, paprika, cumin, & oregano.

Step 2

In a large skillet, add some cooked shredded chicken with no water or oil! Stir in the taco seasoning & cook over medium heat until fragrant.

Step 3

Chop up some tomatoes, avocado, and anything else you would like to add to your salad such as hard-boiled eggs, sprouts, radishes, etc.

Step 4

To finish the salad, add some mixed greens to a plate and top with the seasoned shredded chicken and any veggies or toppings you prefer.
