Chopped Salad: - Cooked, Shredded Chicken - Bag Of Coleslaw - Cilantro - Bell Pepper - Peanuts - Green Onions - Sea Salt - Lime Juice
Add all of the sauce ingredients to a food processor or blender and blend or pulse until smooth.
Add water as needed to thin to desired consistency. Set aside. And if you're feeling adventurous, you can even add a splash of fish sauce!
In a large bowl, mix together all of the chopped salad ingredients. Pour the sauce over the salad and mix to combine.
