- Whipping Cream - Non-Dairy Milk - Powdered Monk Fruit/Allulose Sweetener - Sea Salt - Fresh Lemon Juice - Unflavored Gelatin - Pure Vanilla
Whisk together the heavy cream, non-dairy milk, sweetener, sea salt, and lemon juice in a medium-sized pot.
Bloom the gelatin by evenly sprinkling it over the milk mixture and allow it to soften for 3 to 5 minutes.
Heat until gelatin is dissolved, whisking constantly. Then, stir in the vanilla. Allow to cool. Then, cover it with plastic wrap.
Once the mixture has been set up, transfer it to the bowl of a food processor and process until silky smooth. Serve plain or with whipped cream and berries.
