Ingredients

- Egg - Coconut Flour - Arrowroot Flour - Salt - Cream Of Tartar

Step 1

Bring the eggs to room temperature, then separate the egg whites.

Step 2

Whisk together ⅓ Cup of coconut flour, ⅓ Cup of arrowroot flour, and ½ tsp. sea salt.

Step 3

Separate the egg whites and place them in a large mixing bowl.

Step 4

Add cream of tartar to the egg whites and beat until soft peaks form.
