- Ground Beef - Salt - Pepper - Paprika - Onion Powder
Add all of the meatloaf ingredients, except the bacon, to a large mixing bowl. Mix until incorporated but do not over-mix.
Form the beef mixture into a loaf on a greased broiler pan so the fat from the bacon drains off. I like to line the bottom of the pan with foil for easy cleanup.
Bake for 1 hour. Then, add some of the ketchup glaze and bake another 15 minutes or until cooked through.
