Ingredients

-  Avocado Oil - Skinless Chicken Thighs - Sea Salt - Ground Pepper - Garlic - Coriander - Cumin - Turmeric - Chili Powder

Step 1

Start by chopping 6 boneless, skinless chicken thighs. Season with salt and pepper and set aside.

Step 2

Sauté onion and brown the chicken. Heat some oil in a large skillet or pot over medium-high heat. Then, sauté the onion until soft.
