Low-Carb Keto Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

This low-carb keto pumpkin pie smoothie has all the warm flavors of pumpkin pie but without the work & excess carbs! It’s super easy to make, creamy, perfectly spiced, & loaded with good ingredients.

Ingredients

- Pure Pumpkin Puree - Avocado - Pure Vanilla - Pumpkin Pie Spice - Cinnamon - Cloves - Collagen Peptides Or Unflavored Protein Powder - Besti Sugar-Free Maple Syrup - Ice Cubes

Step 1

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Add additional non-dairy milk to thin as needed. 

Step 2

Taste and add more spices and sweetener as desired. Top with whipped cream or coconut whipped cream, if desired, and serve immediately.

Notes

For the sweetener, I prefer to use Allulose or Powdered Besti Monk Fruit Allulose Blend because they taste just like sugar with no aftertaste!

Notes

If using pure allulose, you'll need to add a bit more because it isn't quite as sweet as other sweeteners.
