Peanut Butter Energy Balls

These low-carb energy balls have a sweet peanut butter keto cookie dough flavor with a texture that melts in your mouth. 

Ingredients

- Unsweetened Creamy Peanut Butter - Sugar-Free Powdered Sweetener - Keto Maple Syrup - Coconut Flour - Pure Vanilla - Keto Chocolate Chips

Step 1

Mix together all of the ingredients except the chocolate chips in a large bowl. The batter should be fairly thick. Add more coconut flour, one Tablespoon at a time, if the batter needs to be thicker.

Step 2

Stir in the chocolate chips.

Step 3

Roll the batter into 18 Tablespoon-sized balls and place them on a lined baking sheet.

Step 4

If needed, transfer to the fridge for 10 minutes or the refrigerator for about 20 minutes to firm up.
