Line a large baking sheet with aluminum foil (for easy cleanup) and place a folded oven-safe cooling rack (or cookie rack) inside the baking sheet.
Bake at 400 degrees for 23 to 28 minutes (check after 18 minutes for thin bacon or cook longer for thick-cut bacon), or until desired crispiness.
