- Fresh Green Beans - Butter - Slivered Almonds - Garlic - Lemon Juice - Sea Salt - Ground Pepper - Onion Powder
Grab a handful of about 15 to 20 green beans and line them up lengthwise. Line up the ends against the edge of your knife then cut the ends off.
Add the trimmed green beans to a large skillet along with ½ cup of water. Cover and cook over medium heat until they are nearly tender, around 7 to 9 minutes.
Turn the heat down to medium-low and add some butter. Once it's melted, add the almonds. Cook, stirring constantly until the almonds are beginning to brown, around 5 to 8 minutes.
Season with lemon juice, sea salt, ground black pepper, onion powder, and another tablespoon of butter.
