In the bowl of a food processor add the walnuts and sea salt. Process on high for 5 to 10 seconds, or until the nuts are broken up into small pieces.
Add the cocoa powder, nut butter, vanilla, and keto sweetener. Process until well combined and batter starts coming together.
Add coconut flour or water, one tablespoon at a time, as needed to achieve the right consistency. Pulse in the chocolate chips.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Roll the dough between the palms of your hand to form in 18 bite-sized balls and place them on the parchment paper.
