Brownie Bites

These no-bake keto brownie bites are not only super fast & easy, but they are perfect for snacks, desserts, lunchboxes, or anytime really.

Ingredients

- Whole Walnuts - Sea Salt - Cocoa Powder - Almond or Peanut Butter - Keto Granulated Sweetener - Coconut Flour - Filtered Water - Keto Chocolate Chips - Pure Vanilla

Step 1

In the bowl of a food processor add the walnuts and sea salt. Process on high for 5 to 10 seconds, or until the nuts are broken up into small pieces.

Step 2

Add the cocoa powder, nut butter, vanilla, and keto sweetener. Process until well combined and batter starts coming together.

Step 3

Add coconut flour or water, one tablespoon at a time, as needed to achieve the right consistency. Pulse in the chocolate chips.

Step 4

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Roll the dough between the palms of your hand to form in 18 bite-sized balls and place them on the parchment paper.
