- Parsley - Cilantro - Sea Salt - Garlic - Red Wine Vinegar - Lime Juice - Oregano - Red Pepper or Red Pepper Flakes - Extra Virgin Olive Oil
To the bowl of a food processor, add all of the ingredients except the oil. Pulse until finely chopped but not smooth.
Transfer to a bowl and stir in the oil. Allow to sit for 5 to 10 minutes before serving so the flavors can soak into the oil. Serve at room temperature.
Be careful not to over-process the herbs into a smooth paste. This is meant to be a loose, oil-based sauce.
Try to remove as many stems as possible from the parsley and cilantro so you're mainly just using the leaves.
