Lettuce Wrapped Sandwich

These lettuce wrapped sandwiches are easy, don't fall apart, and are the perfect paleo, low-carb, healthy sandwich with no bread!


- Parchment Paper - Large Leaves of Lettuce - Ham or turkey - Tomato - Pickles - Avocado - Mayo or mustard

Step 1

Tear off a square piece of parchment paper and fold one corner down to the opposite corner to make a large triangle.

Step 2

Then layer on some large lettuce leaves in the center and perpendicular to the fold, leaving a few inches of lettuce hanging over the fold of the parchment paper.

Step 3

Add any toppings and sauce or dressings that you like. You can use the filling ingredients in the recipe card above or use your own.

Step 4

Fold the lettuce leaves over the fillings the best you can, then fold the pointy bottom of the parchment up over the sandwich.
