For the ganache center, melt 1 Cup of chocolate chips and ½ Cup of heavy whipping cream in a shallow bowl.
Place the bowl in the freezer for around 30 minutes or in the fridge for at least an hour, or until completely cooled and solid enough to roll into balls.
Roll into balls. Using greased hands, scoop and roll the ganache into small balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
