Mix together the taco seasoning ingredients in a small bowl and set aside. If making homemade ranch, prepare that also and set aside.
Add the shredded chicken to a large, dry skillet and turn burner to medium heat. Then, add the taco seasonings and cook until chicken is well coated and everything is heated through around 3 to 5 minutes. Notice: You do not add olive oil, cooking spray, or water to the pan!
Add the ranch dressing to the pan and stir until everything is well coated and heated through.
Serve in a tortilla of choice or over a bed of lettuce with toppings and extra ranch.

Whileyou can use store-bought ranch, the homemade version is super to easy to make and tastes SO much better than store-bought. If you use store-bought, I recommend Tessame's or Primal Kitchen.
Even though the taco seasoning is easy to mix together and uses basic spices, you can replace it with a packet of store-bought taco seasoning if you prefer.
